We are 53-unit condominium complex located in fabulous New Smyrna Beach. As this is NOT a rental community, some owners may choose to rent their unit and do so on their own or with whom they hire to manage. The on-site HOA office DOES NOT handle these rentals.
Annual Visitors
Our very own Owl affectionately named Ebby visits every year to lay her eggs on our 8th floor North building as we provide a safe home for baby owls to survive predators.
